Licences

The town names shown with your photos come from GeoNames (geonames.org), which is licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0. State, province and country names and boundaries come from Natural Earth (naturalearthdata.com), which is in the public domain.

These names are worked out from each photo’s location, so they can be approximate — when the nearest town is some distance away, we say “near” that town rather than claim you were in it.

The street maps on the web come from OpenFreeMap, drawn from OpenStreetMap data, and each map carries that credit in its own corner.

If a credit here is missing or wrong, write to fxweiss@gmail.com.
